I think in this decision she's on the side of good. Prosecution has to run these past the defense, just as a notice, and I guess they didn't do that or something.
That doesn't mean she's not biased overall, but she at least had a good reason to turn this down.
@danalan @ITKV Correct, I just saw that independently. Strange how this judge knows the law straight up when it helps Trump & needs filings & hearing after hearing when it’s harmful to Trump…
