Walked among the wildflowers, we took that motorcycle ride wandering wherever forever, stopped at a coffee shop, watched a parade of classic cars and now home. It was good for the Mister to get out but he’s really fatigued. Tis part of the disease and I hate it. But we deal with it and march forward toward.

A spur of the moment grill out tomorrow with some young family members will round out the plans for the weekend. It’s all good. 💜

@CherNohio half the battle is mindset. I'm glad you're marching forward and not spiraling down. It's hard to keep a positive outlook, and I know it's taking a lot out of both of you, but it's so, so important in the face of this kind of illness.
