She's allowed to have opinions, even strong opinions. So is he, and we know his opinions. What he's violating is his ethical requirement for neutrality.
We shouldn't, and can't punish him for ideas - thought crime. We should, and must prevent him from forcing those ideas on to hundreds of millions of our fellow citizens.
