Graham was separated from his family, who had been marched off to the camps and gassed. He eventually was adopted by a family in New York and, years later, reunited with his sister, who used to cook and serve food for the crowds at Winterland.

Except Bill Graham. He was great always paid 15 days after delivery, in full. No questions.

@countZZero there’s a guy on YouTube that bought a burned chateau in France and is repairing it and has a video blog. I saw one installment where he learned that this same Bill Graham had lived there as a wartime orphan along with many others.
