Now platitudes aside. How can we immune ourselves from "Reaction Bait", and get on building the communities we want.

I have a bag full of tools, but they are my tools and may be different that what you need, or can even, giving your circumstances, use. But these tool share some common attributes.

1. Grow and nurture your imagination.
2. Spend sometime going slow.
3. Let others lift what there're good at.
4. Deeply connect with a few good people, rather than the hoard of everyone.
