Yes, getting to be that whatever you buy it has to be local, so one can check on their honesty.
This is about to hit all restaurants. Something called "Dark Kitchens". Basically a kitchen in a container, that one rents as a service. Restaurants just contracting out food prep. No health inspections, no labor costs. This will only drive wages down, and destroy health and safety laws.
