There’s still time to order an absolutely awesome pecan pie from Potter Country Store in Schulenburg Texas. I used to stop there on drives between Houston and San Antonio. @cassandra17lina I worked at a truck stop in Lansing that sold pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was a pain the the backside for us employees but a big draw for the restaurant.
