Happy National Waffle Day!
Although waffles have been used for food since their domestication as livestock in the 4th century, their popularity didn't really take off until the boneless variety was breed in the early 1800's.
@chaos440 I never ate a single waffle until the boneless variety was cultivated.
I can't eat anything with a face still on it. I didn't try one until they started trimming off the faces.
