Now that Biden is a lame duck President with the legal powers of a King he should expand the Supreme court by executive order. Can he do that? Of course not, but he should do it anyway and give the Republicans a taste of their own chaos. Let them expend all their energy straightening that out.

In my snarkier moments, a frequent occurrence, these types of thoughts certainly cross my mind.
Realistically, it's not a likelhood that Biden will break tradition--not who he is. Also, there's the myopia of it all, short-term gains have lasting consequences. Finally, there's the hypocrisy, which could be equally & potentially problematic in the long run--slippery slope stuff. IMHO
@LoChinajm I would have agreed just a couple years ago, but I'm not even kidding now. The Republicans have already proven they would do all this and much worse. There is no 'slippery slope' left. Democracy is literally at the 'Hail Mary Play' stage.
