I get it. People are upset that Confederate statues are being remove because they are part of their cultural heritage. As a compromise all these statues should be melted down and recast as giant dildoes with Robert E. Lee's face on them. A sensible compromise and everyone wins!
Nobody "compromised" with them, they just melted that seditious boob down to hot slag, the end.
Think this sounds ridiculous? Trust me, every conservative 'compromise' on any issue sounds exactly like this.
