Have any CoSo'ers ever heard the sound a hummingbird makes? It's a Ruby-throated in this part of the world, and I heard it for the very first time last summer. And again, just now. So cool.
@feloneouscat It's like a rapid fire, high tone chip, chip, chip, chip.
Usually we (or rather Partner) hear it when they are fighting over the hummingbird feeder.
I think they wake up cranky.
