As you turn your clocks back and replace your smoke detector batteries, take a moment to review your emergency contact information card. You DO carry one, right??? I suggest having several: one in your wallet, one in a small pouch to carry when you’re out walking, maybe one in your gym bag or book bag. Please ensure that the contact information is up to date. In my case, I removed my mother as a secondary contact given her impaired hearing and cognition and added my brother.

I wrote my emergency info in Word, printed it out, and “laminated” it with clear packing tape. Also: make sure your loved ones have THEIR ID and emergency information on them even if they’re not carrying their wallet.

@cassandra17lina I wear one of these and endorse it because the product is tough and customer service is above and beyond. roadid.com But any form of ID plus info is de rigeur. :elbowbumper:
