This photo JD Vance’s stalking of Kamala Harris triggered an immediate fight-or-flight reaction. I suspect that I’m not the only female (or person) who felt that way. By posting this, JD is putting Kamala - and the rest of us - on notice that we’re never going to be safe. I’ve seen the emotional toll takes. An employee went from superstar performance to barely able to function as she was stalked after a relationship breakup. She didn’t dare reach out for help…
2/…because it was a same-sex relationship (this was in the 1980s). Her stalker was threatening not only to harm her physically but “out” her. A coworker was in such fear for her life that our company established protocols to alert employees if the stalker entered the building.

3/…had been murdered, her throat slashed with a box cutter knife. She had been stalked by this coworker because she would not date him. in response, company management had arranged for her to be escorted all day, everywhere at work. When she went to the restroom and her escort stepped away, he struck, then drove off, later turning himself in, his car trunk found to be full of guns and ammo.
DO NOT normalize stalking as a nuisance. It’s aggressive behavior that can end tragically./end
@DavidSalo Thank you for sharing that. Republicans Many Republicans seem to think that stalking is a “feature” but to any person with a shred of compassion, it’s a “bug.”
