@LnzyHou Thanks. You can see why I was so infuriated at my neighbor who’s a realtor. She used to keep telling me, “I could sell your home for [$xxxK] in a HEARTBEAT!” This is our dream home, designed and built as the culmination of four decades of hard work. I’m not leaving it except for death or disability, and I’m not interested in having these real estate vultures waiting for that day.
