Y’all! This is a photo of my usual homemade thin-crust pizza, featuring mushrooms and pepperoni (and anchovies, on Mr. Carolina’s side of the pizza.) I could eat this every night forever, but today I tried something new: cut-up pork from leftover baby back ribs. It was EPIC! I kept everything else the same, but can see swapping out the spaghetti sauce for BBQ sauce in the future.
@CanisPundit Will you lose respect for me if I say that I use a store-bought crust?
@cassandra17lina well … you have some built up cred. You get off with a warning. 🤣
@cassandra17lina I found a good thin crust recipe and the Mrs. Perfected it. Along with tweaks in ingredient amounts, time, & temperature she now runs the three day aged (yeast risen like a pizza savior) dough through a Kitchenaid roller thingy. Rather than circles we have 9” x 18” rectangles. Customization is fun and tasty! I’m liking the baby back rib idea.
