I had dinner last night with a group of Democrats including friends I knew and some new folks, all of whom wanted to hear about my volunteer work with our county Democratic Party. Evidently, in past years, the party was doing very little in their estimation to engage voters, get out the vote, find and back candidates, and communicate their values. Fast forward to now, when they’re engaged and active on all fronts, making the most of this “off year.” Better late than never! #Politics
