@Lingitta early in the invasion, I purchased several paintings by Ukrainian artists as digital downloads on Etsy. I was able to message back and forth with the artists… until I wasn’t. 😭

Yes, I'm think of them every day. Wondering how the many people I spoke to are holding up since I was in Kyiv in August 2009. It breaks my heart this city is being brutally destroyed. I stayed at the hotel looking over Majdan Nezalezjnosti.
