@carver_hudson Yes, but it had been in planning for a while. Trump announced it and took credit for it but it wasn't really his policy.
@RationalLeft that may be but he was the one to 'pull the trigger' (i hate that analogy) and make it happen. Even if people as far back as Clinton or more have talked about it He made it happen.
