Yeah, I could in theory do this job a bit and apply elsewhere, but the job I currently have I don't feel is really preparing me of a lot of other jobs. I've put in offers for other jobs and always was too junior

So I think this might be worth it. Just 10k initially is a big financial hit. But the potential is that in a little over a year I could be making double what I make now. And have learned enough to make me more valuable to a lot of companies.
