Any IT peeps around? I need some advice please.

I want to set up a custom domain. No actual web site atm but I'll probably throw one together early next year. I'll need access to the DNS records for e-mail purposes (re-routing to ProtonMail).

Any tips on a good, reliable provider? Also preferably cheap-ish, because poor.

Do you need hosting or just DNS stuff? I buy all my domains on Namecheap. I currently host my site on my virtual box via Digital Ocean, but I used to use Bluehost for a long while.
