You can't sue someone else for bad decisions you made on your own.
No one's got a legal right to have his preferred choice for mockery running for President, that's childish and inane.
This is something like suing a restaurant because you ordered something that you didn't end up liking.
I hope his lawyers bankrupt him and refuse to take swag "in trade".
