of course, along with the call for nom turkey thanksgiving, i think fire departments are dreading the cooking calls for the dumdums who try to have a deep fat fried turkey, and cause an accident to their house.
Bonus points for every idiot that drops a frozen turkey into hot oil.
But yeah, that's gotta be a nightmare for fire departments everywhere.
My sister used to work at a call center for an insurance company. Thanksgiving was the most chaotic day of the year. Lots of cooking-related accidents--and a significant portion were deep-fryer related.
