Good morning, CoSo!

I could make this recommendation any time, but now seems an especially appropriate one:

Take stock of what you have. I don't mean inventory your possessions, though maybe that helps too. Find out what advantages, mental and emotional and even spiritual, are in your toolkit.

Write down somewhere what your core ideals and beliefs are; what you stand for, who and what you care about, what you would not bend or break for even if someone had a gun pointed at you.

Write down what you can do, what knowledge and skills you have, if you're good with tools, good with people, good with organizing, good at executing orders.

Then write down–this is a little more complicated–how you can put the skills you have to the service of the ideals you have. What can you do with your abilities that will help build or preserve the things or people you care about?
