Re the Tina Peters trial - the judge asked the Prosecution if they wanted to have a Rebuttal slot after the defense rested.
The Prosecution said No.
Indicates that the Prosecution feels that none of the Defense testimony changed anything, and there was nothing new to rebut.

@gshevlin Don't ever argue with stupid. What is the saying? The pig enjoys it.

@b4cks4w I think the prosecution spent most of the week either enjoying presenting overwhelming evidence, or enjoying watching the judge slap down the defense as they tried all manner of weird chicanery to trigger jury nullification.

@gshevlin I mean it sounds like high potential for drinking games.
"Sovereign" <DRINK>
"Faith" <DRINK>
"Higher Power" <DRINK>

@b4cks4w If you had run a drinking game where you drank every time the Defense said "Dominion", you would be checking into rehab today.

@gshevlin oh shit well that's the word of the decade or maybe century. Three centuries?

@b4cks4w The Defense argument is the "lesser evil".
Their claim is that Tina Peters had to break the law to expose the corruption of the voting and counting by Dominion.

@gshevlin I mean, Dominion makes _really shit_ software and devices. BUT.
