Defense attorney for Tina Peters went on a 40 minute rant to the judge (with the jury out of the room) where he listed umpteen conspiracy theories and attempted to enter into evidence testimony by a person claimed by the Defense to be a government informant (judge already ruled in pre-trial motions that he is not an informant and that his evidence is excluded).
The judge listened to the rant, and then ruled that none of it was of any relevance.
CounterSocial is the first Social Network Platform to take a zero-tolerance stance to hostile nations, bot accounts and trolls who are weaponizing OUR social media platforms and freedoms to engage in influence operations against us. And we're here to counter it.
@b4cks4w The judge gave them every opportunity to convince him, and all they did was a Gish Gallop of twaddle.
