Advice needed. Some of my Democrat friends are freaking out, doomscrolling, begging me to talk them off the ledge. I deal with my anxiety by volunteering with our local Dem party writing position papers and letters to the editor, funding and writing postcards to voters, providing environmental advice to our candidates, and making a monthly financial contribution. I’m as aggrieved as the anyone with the national Dems but I’m SICK of complainers who won’t take ACTION. Suggestions? #Politics
