I'm cultivating long term relationships with plumbers, electricians and HVAC techs right now. The ones that actually know what they're doing, not that one sparky who tried to burn the house down.

I’ve had a number of referrals, but my plumbing ones haven’t really hit yet.
1 ghosted, one told me to check with the city on code requirements and doesn’t want to permit, one is suuuuper-sales-ey and one told me my falling apart pipes are fine.
So… onto plumber # 5….
Got a great electrician though. HVAC seemed fine 🤷♀️

I think I kind of got it… they finally said that’s between me, my plumber, and the city, which is all good with me.
