eyyyhaww, I know the feeling... I have serious experience with dad's garage...

What may * help is strategic re-purposing of the space (but gotta have a good hook 'n bait for that) and amassing everything * into a large container, label it 'just in case' , and after 1 yr getting rid of the container.

Otherwise, ... just breathe 😍
