LOL, both of them... yeah, absurdity-induced perplexity.
@TheAbbotTrithemius
Hello Abbot, so glad to see you :-)
Same here. How’re you?
Am ok, just too busy at work, l need to learn how to say no without shooting myself in my foot.
How are you, my friend?
That’s interesting, I’m struggling with a similar situation with work. It’s causing me way more thought about work when, I’m not working, which is a massive drag. I think for me it involves taking a step back and letting certain things take their course. It’s a tricky balance.
Otherwise, all in all, I’m well.
Tricky, indeed. Safeguarding our peace and not letting work ensnare us completely, takes lots of discipline and setting firm boundaries. And,lots of pushing back.
What work would you do if you were to do something different than what you currently do?
I'll start:
-flower lady
-pet sitter, dog massage therapist :-)
-tourist guide
-philanthropist and socialite :--)
Discipline and boundaries. Is a tough skillset to master. I'm not one to say much of anything and just do my work. But sometimes you have to speak up and well then things get friction-filled and tense.
So you've picked out very cool things to do otherwise. And in keeping with the spirit of your choices, I have wondered if selling balloons (the classic round primary colors kind, not the shaped foil stuff) at the park would be enough to live on at times. 😂
Balloons are fun, yes, I like the old ones better than the foil ones. I think there is potential to come up with something innovative. Since I'll be a philanthropist in my next life, just remind me at that time that we are friends on CoSo and I'll fund your proposal 🤣
Will do. 🎈 😂
@artemis
Yeah, they both look hilarious indeed.
HELLO ARTEMIS!!! :)
