Bottom line NO. Depends on soon. Some of this, and I don't know how much, is a year or two away. But the majority is awaiting permit's. And in a lot of cases that could be 10 years. Right now the big bottle neck is not funding. Nor technology. But people holding up the permit process. NIMBY.
