I like fashion. A lot.
But, can anyone explain why do they make these young, beautiful people look like mad, angry, depressed, alien & alienated ??

i'm guessing trying to navigate in that footwear may have something to do with it....
good point, those 'shoes' look like medieval torture instruments. I like heels, don't get me wrong, and I know how to use 'em, but these are not for walking.

angry, depressed, alienated: context for how i would feel & probably look if i tried to pull off wearing some of the truly lovely designs..💔

Ok, some are fun, though, but this is my point, these are not even for wearing, they are just for fun, a celebration of creativity, ingenuity. So that's a strong freaking reason to smile, play, enjoy and celebrate. Life's meant to be enjoyable. :-)
i remember smiling and laughing like mad at photos of High Fashion that my Nan showed me from the 60's when i was first learning to sew for my Barbie as a very small child...
that's a lovely memory :-)
