The contractor she was working with for some projects on her house was acting real flaky (constantly cancelling, weird excuses, not bringing the materials he claims to have purchased, etc) so she ‘fired’ him and is waiting for him to bring her the materials she paid for so she can have someone else complete the work. She doesn’t want to be home alone when he comes to pick stuff up so I’m going to her house instead.
