Received a text this morning from coworker at old job to let me know I might get a call for a reference check for a job application she submitted with the VA. Happy for her considering other options. I think she’s tired of office and company drama.
@XSGeek true and this coworker is historically someone that seeks out drama & gossip anyway. Her current job is physically demanding at times and she’s looking for something less strenuous in her 50s.
She got the job! I'm excited for her. She's been at the old place for 13-14 years. When the people who have been there 10+ years start leaving that's a sign.
