Waiting at the ophthalmologist to see if I need a new glasses prescription. My insurance covers #lasik 100% but things coming near my eyeballs freaks me out beyond all rationality. And I absolutely cannot be awake for that shit.
@MotherDucker While everyone I know in person that had lasik are still good, I know someone online whose eyes started making scar tissue a year in. Apparently it's a thing, one in so many people have a bad outcome even when everything goes right surgically.
I guess I'm saying keeping lasers away from eyes is good instinct.

@sheseala @MotherDucker @BlueTsunami i had Lasik back in 2018/2019. It’s not for the squeamish for sure. Still glad I did it though. Went from -9 & -10 to seeing 20/20.
