Beef chuck marinating in the fridge for beef vindaloo later this evening. Making it today instead of tomorrow since it’s supposed to be quite spicy 🥵 and I don’t wanna travel day after super spicy food.

Mmmm beef vindaloo with zucchini & peas added because it’s a fridge clean out meal 😋

Good but a bit too spicy and acidic. Might add coconut cream next time or to the leftovers to chill it out a bit.

@annamuneca Quite spicy? On British Indian restaurant menus, it's generally second only to Phal! Keep yogurt handy! 🤣🤣
