Spouse works in pawn & sales. Some of their customers are Hutterite and sometimes they give spouse & his coworkers.. stuff. Today he came home with a bunch of stuff: cucumbers, onions, green beans, corn, carrots & potatoes 😱

Blanched and froze the green beans & carrots. Just uncobbed about 8 cups of corn & bagged in freezer. Still have the potatoes, onions & cucumbers to contend with. I need to find a 1-gallon ice cream pail with lid to turn these cukes into refrigwrator pickles!
