Tonight for dinner I have decided to make the so-called “Marry Me Chicken” recipe. According to spouse “every dish you make does that”.

Now I have to work up the gumption to go out into the wind without blowing away.
@annamuneca this really does look good! And the recipe seems fairly straight forward too. Thanks for sharing and bon appetite !
@Asta_de_B it reminded us of this recipe from America’s Test Kitchen

@annamuneca oh yes that sounds lovely too, but I like the dried tomatoes in your Marry-me-recipe. I can imagine that the acidity of the tomatoes gives the rich creamy sauce a bit of pep. Also looks nice with the red flecks.
Chicken has gotten really expensive around here, but I may put it on my order next time together with the sun dried tomatoes. They do store well and it’s a nice change to my usual and now a bit boring “chicken-thighs-on-rice-casserole”.
@Asta_de_B I bought a bunch of chicken when I was at Costco today. Most dishes last us 2-3 days so it’s worth it the cost.
@annamuneca contents of your picture does seem sensitive! 😛
@giri_ram had to cover the breasts 😉
@annamuneca 🤣 🤣 🤣
Not gonna lie.. “marry me chicken” recipe IS pretty good. Linguini for spouse, sautéed zucchini for me.
