What type of pepper might these be?
Pickled peppers in the fridge. My sister gave me a bunch of stuff (🍅,🌶🫑,beets,squash,kohlrabi) but these I’m not sure the type/heat level.

They look like baby bells and should be mild and slightly sweet. No different than those of the larger variety. I buy them to snack on with hummus.
@CherNohio one of the small purple ones.I suspect maybe they’re Bolivian rainbow peppers?
@annamuneca The rainbow mini bells are common around here and the purple ones I eat are maybe a little more earthy or grassy than the others but definitely not spicy. If indeed the purple ones you have are Bolivian, it would be like a chili pepper to taste this the spicy you experienced.
