Was nice seeing a few friends last night. Good to laugh & hear others laugh. Stayed up later than usual though so I’m dragging a bit this morning. Got the roast seared off & in the crock pot.
Oh boy. 4 more hours of cooking in the crock pot and already smells so good in here. I guess I ought to eat some food.
@annamuneca I feel for you. I loaded up the slow cooker this morning and had to grab a few snacks as the smell of slow cooked curry was making me starving hungry 😂
