I think the thing to take away from this, is that humanity has existed and endured for a very long time. As long ago as Cleopatra lived, humans were building giant monuments, exploring the world, and doing other great things thousands of years before that. It's more a message of Hope, that despite all how bad it may seem, we will continue.
