I watched a reel last week that promised your entire life would change if you start asking yourself three questions before sleep:

What am I grateful for today?
What am I proud of today?
What am I excited about for tomorrow?

I liked the idea, so I started doing it. I doubt it's gonna change my entire life (and I like my life anyway) but it is nice, so I'll probably keep doing that.

My therapist asked me to start answering those 3 questions every day in a journal since early June. I think it’s slowly re-oriented my outlook to take away the positive from each day and look forward to something tomorrow.
