Calling on #CoSoHiveMind for help:

I have a family member in the hospital that will not have use of their hands for a few weeks. They have an #iPhone, and I want to set up complete voice control for them so that they can initiate and receive speakerphone calls, and if possible, text without ever touching the phone.

I do not have any #iOS devices, so I am not well versed in how Apple implements Voice Control. Can anyone offer any assistance?
