I like it here :) I don't know why I ever went fully back to bird site.. I guess the rage cycle is more addictive than I thought... But after being here more over the last week and a bit my behaviour over there has changed too.. time for more gentleness in the world and more self care... It's been good for my mental health too

Best thing I've done for my mental and emotional health in years.
Relearning that one is able to make a statement one time and that is enough. No sense in rage posting all day long to make a point.
The difference being that we feel seen and heard here. Over there we scream into a void. Whisper here and someone will reach out. 🤗
@Krysdammit Yes, the actual conversing has a lot to do with it :)
