Yes, it’s a very distinct vibe. Perhaps something by s more rousing and cathartic composer:

I think I posted that one a while ago or perhaps it was a different Khachaturian. I have a playlist named "Khachaturian" 😎
I like Shostakovich's Waltz #2; that's one of my favorite. if the world ends. that will be the background music in my head.

Every single time I hear something on the local classical station and I check out their setlist, 99.999% of the time, it’s Maurice Ravel. This piece you linked was one of those instances. :)
