Seeing Trump boosters constantly insulting Taylor Swift as anti-Trump, it then makes people associate her with being anti-Trump. Thus she doesn't have to do anything but EXIST, and she becomes an anti-Trump message.
It's something new similar to the Streisand effect. The Swift effect.
