A 70 yr old man goes into hospital 9/26.
His brother had sent a gift that arrived 9/27.
Man #1 bday is 9/28 and opens the gift.
Released from hospital 9/29.
Dies 10/9.
Daughter can't decide if she should return the gift to her uncle or not since it was never used.
