@WordsmithFL But why? Every defendant I ever represented, once under the scrutiny of the court, and particularly, once convicted, loses certain rights.
There is nothing 
has to say to get elected that requires him to say anything about witnesses in a case against him before it's even disposed of by his sentencing.
