@WordsmithFL But why? Every defendant I ever represented, once under the scrutiny of the court, and particularly, once convicted, loses certain rights.
There is nothing :Asshat: has to say to get elected that requires him to say anything about witnesses in a case against him before it's even disposed of by his sentencing.
