Listening to NPR this morning, they interviewed a Palestinian activist in Michigan who was demanding that #Biden immediately call for a ceasefire in Gaza or else he was somehow going to flip Michigan to #Trump in November.
Not once did this person say a word about October 7, but beyond that he was totally clueless about the delicate diplomatic dance by the Biden administration to resolve this.
I wish some people would do their homework.

You cant just come here to America- pop out some kids and then demand rights for fascist groups like Hamas or communist PLFP and expect us to agree or support it.
@AkomoCombine Reminds me of the 1960s peace movements that thought we should just unilaterally withdraw without thought to the carnage and slaughter when we left -- which did happen.
International diplomacy is incredibly delicate and difficult. Vietnam was a civil war we made worse, but the two sides weren't going to make peace just because we left.
All so true. Whether hawk or dove, no one was satisfied with the outcome.
@WordsmithFL He can flip to Trump. Trump would do one state in Israels favor and screw over the Palestinians. Not because he cares about Israel but to appease some of his Evangelical base. He'd screw Israel over in a flat minute otherwise. People who voted Biden usually want something that considers both parties. Whether both parties are open to a civil solution or not [debatable].
@WordsmithFL
And what an idiot he must be for flipping Michigan to tRump who would undoubtedly deport him right away. How dumb are these people?
@T_Zen_Warp I was wondering why NPR wasted air time on this self-important clown. Not to mention, as you wrote, that #Trump wants to deport him back to Gaza.
@WordsmithFL These people wont because its easier to nod and agree than to actually think.
They would be rather be told what to say than actually stick their neck out
