I think he's trying to inflate its value, anticipating he'll have to sell it should he lose this tax fraud case and have to liquidate his properties.
That's why he's claiming it's worth a lot more than it is. As always, he's trying to con the rubes.

#Politics #Trump insulted the judge again before the court broke for lunch. It's not very bright to repeatedly insult the judge who will rule on your damages because your incompetent lawyer didn't ask for a jury trial. 🙄
